The Plymouth Downtown Development Authority has received the go-ahead to move forward with the construction of a new fountain in Kellogg Park, after receiving a Certificate of Appropriateness from the Plymouth Historic District Commission on Wednesday, September 7.
The approval allows the DDA to proceed with receiving bids to construct the proposed fountain. Bid packages are tentatively expected to be available in November, with bid openings tentatively scheduled for sometime in early 2018. At that time, a construction schedule could become more clear.
